Planning Hajj but unable to spend an entire month away from home? A 20-day package gives you time for the main Hajj journey, followed by hotel stays in Makkah and Madinah, within a shorter travel schedule.

Classic Tour & Travels offers a 20 days premium shifting Hajj package from Mumbai for 2027, starting at ₹10,35,000 per person. The package includes shifting accommodation in Makkah, followed by a stay at Safwa Tower 3 or a similar hotel, and accommodation at Madinah Hilton.

It also includes return airfare from Mumbai, a Hajj visa and Muallim camp arrangements during Hajj.

Pilgrims can choose quad, triple or double room occupancy for their hotel stays. The shifting accommodation is provided separately on a shared-room basis.

20 Days Premium Shifting Hajj Package 2027 Price

The package offers three hotel room-sharing options.

Prices are calculated per person for departures from Mumbai. Applicable taxes and additional charges are extra.

Important: The occupancy selected above applies to the hotel arrangements. During the shifting stay in Makkah, standard accommodation is provided on a 5–6-person sharing basis.

Accommodation Details

This 20-day Hajj package includes shifting apartments in Makkah, hotel accommodation in Makkah after Hajj, and a four-day stay in Madinah.

Shifting Accommodation in Makkah

Pilgrims stay in shifting apartments approximately 6 km from Masjid al-Haram during the Hajj period.

The itinerary includes three days in shifting accommodation before the main Hajj days and two days afterward.

Rooms are shared by approximately 5–6 people. Separate room-sharing arrangements can be requested at an additional charge, subject to availability.

Transportation between the shifting apartments and Masjid al-Haram is not included in the package. Pilgrims will need to arrange this travel at their own expense.

Makkah Hotel – Safwa Tower 3 or Similar

After the shifting period, pilgrims move to Safwa Tower 3 or a similar hotel in Makkah for six days.

Hotel accommodation is provided according to the selected quad, triple or double room occupancy.

Final hotel and room allocations depend on availability.

Madinah Hotel – Madinah Hilton

The premium package includes a four-day stay at Madinah Hilton, as listed in the package brochure.

The hotel stay follows the selected room occupancy, with final arrangements subject to hotel availability and booking conditions.

Muallim Camp Arrangements

The 20-day premium Hajj package includes Muallim camp arrangements during the main Hajj days.

These arrangements cover the services allocated for pilgrims in Mina, Arafat and other Hajj areas.

Camp locations, facilities and services depend on Saudi Government allocation. The package's camp arrangements are based on previous-year service calculations.

Meals During the Hajj Journey

Meal arrangements depend on the accommodation provided during different parts of the journey.

The package includes hotel-provided meals according to the applicable meal plan. For shifting packages, the brochure specifies meals provided by hotels after the shifting period near Haram.

Pilgrims should confirm the meals available during shifting, the main Hajj days and the hotel stays in Makkah and Madinah before booking.

What's Not Included in the Package?

The following services and expenses are excluded or may involve additional charges:

• Applicable taxes and TCS.
• Qurbani charges, where applicable.
• Transportation between shifting apartments and Haram.
• Transportation for Tawaf-e-Ziyara.
• Private transfers.
• Transportation from Mina to Makkah on 10 and 11 Zil Hijjah.
• Transportation from Muzdalifah to Mina on 10 Zil Hijjah.
• Optional airline upgrades or route changes.
• Extra baggage charges.
• Room service and personal expenses.

Additional costs may arise from changes in airline fares, exchange rates, government regulations, or selected services.

Booking and Payment Details

An advance payment of ₹5,00,000 per person is required at the time of booking.

The remaining amount must be paid 60 days before visa endorsement or departure, whichever is earlier.

According to the package terms, bookings are 100% non-refundable from the date of booking. Pilgrims should review the complete booking and cancellation conditions before making payment.
